How we keep applications clear and accountable

This starter version records the documents an employer asks for. It does not make an automated identity decision or use a selfie liveness video.

Clear requirements

The application form tells candidates exactly which files are required: a CV, ID-card front, ID-card back and a selfie photo.

Submitted files are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket. They are not publicly downloadable from the website.

An authorised hiring team member reviews applications and documents. They must decide what checks are appropriate for the role and local law.

Store applicant documents only for the stated hiring purpose and set a documented retention period.
